So, I was casually watching workout videos on YouTube, trying to make myself feel better about being a complete pig this past month when I thought to myself, "I have a job now, I need to keep fit or I'm going to be terribly unhealthy". I'm definitely going to have to balance out my work and social life but if I'm going to be working from home with my butt glued to the chair for 8 hours, the least I could do is workout. Plus, what way better to get motivated than doing a challenge? Most of you have probably heard of Chloe Ting and her home workouts. Some of you may even be traumatized when you hear or see the word 'plank'. I really want to try to be consistent this time round because I don't really workout consistently. My bed and Netflix is my biggest seducer and I can't seem to pull myself away from their grasp. However, since I'm going to start working next week, I can't just let my body wither away. In general it's just better for my health and a great way to keep me active and shred some fat away. Even though I know that it's going to be a painful journey ahead, she does have a lot of low impact moves for beginners like me.

Without further ado and by the title alone, you know which challenge I'm going to undertake. I'm actually scared to do this challenge because it's not just doing one workout video, it's like 2-4 different workouts a day. I know from experience of doing her workouts, just doing merely one of them already tires me out so much. So I guess when I start this challenge I will have to take longer breaks in between so I don't overdo it. I know that over time my body will get used to it.
So, what does this challenge entail you may ask? Welp, two weeks of pure torture! (Nah I'm just kidding... I hope). It's not completely working out for a full two weeks. There are a few rest days every 2 to 3 days of working out. The workouts themselves consist of a full body workout that you have to do every day and other workouts that target more specific areas such as legs, butt and arms and abs. She really does give you a good variation every day but it's still A LOT. Let's see if my body can handle it and hopefully I come out of this challenge looking fine af or at least slightly less piggish as I am now. I'm thinking of starting this challenge on Tuesday but I'll eyeball it and see if I can start tomorrow. Not gonna lie, I'm absolutely mortified but I'm sure this is going to be worth it! I really wished that MadFit (another YouTuber) would come out with scheduled challenges like this too because I really love her workouts although they can get really tough sometimes. But till then, Chloe Ting it is!
Wish me luck and au revoir!
