Heyooo! How are all you beautiful people doing? I hope you're all having a great year so far. Today I just wanted to do a little update on what's been going on with my journey to being more healthy lol. This year I've decided to really put my mental, emotional and of course, physical health first because I'm turning 22 and I won't be this young forever. So, I gotta take this opportunity and make the most out of it.

For the past 2 days I've been doing a hip hop tabata workout that I found on YouTube. I'll leave the video down below later if you are interested as well. If you don't know what tabata is, it's a type of high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. I really enjoyed doing this workout because it's really fun (as well as painful), the vibe that the instructor has is really chill and she's just really motivating which I appreciate because I really need that kind of motivation. The workout definitely took a toll on my body yesterday. I was aching all over and didn't think I would even attempt to do it again today but I said "fuck it, I will do this" and I did, and I feel amazing! It still hurts but I feel slightly more accomplished with myself. I do hope to lose a few KG this year but even if I don't I'm happy that I'm being healthier and fitter than I was in the past. I can't wait to continue this workout back in KL to really test if I have the discipline to do it. It will be a struggle especially with oncoming assignments, group work and all other extraneous variables but I'm going to try my best and hopefully the results will show :)

So, wish me luck and pray for my fats because they're going to be seriously challenged this 2019.
