Week 3 & 4: Half and Half

It's been so long since I've said anything on this blog..... The weeks are just passing by so quickly and I haven't had a second to breathe and relax (till now of course). So, just a quick update, I managed to do the exercise in Week 3 (still hurts like a bitch but my calves feel amazing after). However, in Week 4.... my period came which really set my mood off. I really don't know how girls workout doing their periods. I just feel so bloated and angry all the time I don't even want to get out of my bed. Anyway.... I foresee myself not doing much exercise this week because my friend is staying over and I have to get some assignments done. Wish me luck and have a great weekend!! :)
