Day 1: Not The Best Start...

10.48 a.m.
So, I'm starting my diet today and I was pretty excited. I got up, took a shower and I felt as fresh as can be. Then I went to make my breakfast (3 hard boiled eggs) and of course, there wasn't any gas left. I was abit frustrated but decided to cook my eggs in an electric kettle. I'm currently waiting on it right now (around 10-13 mins). I'm hoping they turn out okay... I'll be updating this blog post throughout the day as things happen and how I feel about this diet. Like if the food is filling enough, whether I have enough energy to go about my day (not like I'm leaving the house but) just stuff like that. Okie I'm going to go check some emails and get my Uni shit in order!
2.31 p.m.
I had my lunch (3 eggs, 1 apple & green tea)around 1... The gas finally came through so i didn't have to use the kettle again thank God. Eating so many eggs makes me want to vomit... I think to make it more appetising I might season it with something tomorrow, maybe some salt, pepper & cayenne. If I'm hungry, I'm supposed to snack on carrots which I already pre-cut yesterday :))) I'm currently watching "Murder House" which is the first season of American Horror Story.... I have to say I don't love it... maybe not yet. I'm only 6 episodes in and I don't really feel excited for every new episode? I guess it's just not my kind of TV show. Oh well, I'll keep you guys posted after dinner :/ Wish me luck!

I had my oat dinner and guess what? I'M STILL STARVING!! I went into 7/11 and I was so tempted to buy snacks but ya girl sucked it up and resisted temptation! 10 points to me! I hope I can last these 10 days... I can't wait to go back to eating proper food... I already have my groceries down for September and it's making me hungry... anyways that's all I have to complain about for today! Gotta get into the right headspace for tomorrow.. whoppeeeeee -.- Ciao!
