10 Days of Torture...

Hey all,

I'm starting this new diet tomorrow that lasts for 10 days and I feel like to keep myself on track, I should blog about it. So, I found this diet plan on Youtube and it claims that with it, you can lose up to 10kg.... whether it's true or not I will find out but I don't have a weighing machine so I'm just going to see how my physical appearance changes over this time.

The diet requires me to eat:

Breakfast: 3 eggs & a cup of green tea

Lunch: 3 eggs, 1 apple (of your choice) & green tea

Evening: 1 apple & green tea

Dinner: a bowl of oats

Night: cup of green tea (1 hour before sleeping)

For someone who loves food as much as I do, this is a real challenge. I literally gobbled down a McDonald's bundle (2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 cokes & 6pcs of nuggets) for dinner today as sorta like my "last supper". Seems like I ate alot but I didn't finish the fries and I still have a cup and a half of coke left.... So the few posts that will be going up on this blog will consist of my 10 day journey to a healthier life.... Oh God help me... But yea, Take pleasure in my misery all you that are being well fed with fats and carbs while I dwindle into a ball of goo :')
