Once Upon A Time Rambles

Let's talk about Once Upon A Time Season 7....

I know, I know, it came out quite some time ago but I've only gotten to watching it recently and I'm bladdy confused. I was truly an OUAT fan but I really don't think that releasing a 7th season was necessary... Why ruin a good ending like the one season 6 had? Why bring back the storyline of land with no magic but with a twist. I think we've seen our fair share of twists in the land of Storybrooke in those 6 amazing seasons. Don't get me wrong, I love the fact that their looking at Henry as an adult but they just totally lost me on the whole Cinderella thing again. I know it's "another realm" but like what confuses me is that all the other characters from Storybrooke that are in the new realm (which was created by a wish if I remember correctly)like Hook are the same people.. Why did they have to create a new Cinderella... Did they just run out of princesses to talk about?

Also, the flashbacks in this season are super confusing.... at some parts it's sometime around when Hook fucked mother Gothel (because he thought she was Rapunzel who turned out to be Lady Tremaine...)and then it goes backwards to when Regina stayed instead of going back to Storybrooke and then it goes to when Hook's daughter, Alice is a grownup and back to when she's a child.... like the flow is all over the place. I get the story they're trying to tell but it's messy. This is why some TV shows should just end when they have it good because some way or another the story just gets lost especially with a show like this with so many different characters and their complex connections with each other.... It should have ended quite awhile ago. I kinda just watch it because Hook is cute but it's not even the Hook we love.. It's the other realm's version of Hook which technically wouldn't be real if the wish wasn't made... And this really confuses me because this Hook and the Original one share a similar past, so does that mean there are two Neverlands? two Smee's? Thinking about it hurts my brain too much... Anyway I'm glad it ends with season 7 and I can't wait to be done with it... It has definitely had a good run all these years but of course, all things have to come to an end.....
