Must Buy Lippies

Another day, another post :)Today I'm wanted to share with you guys my favourite lippies! As you probably can tell, most of them are nudes. This is mainly because I feel most comfortable wearing them in comparison with brighter colours or reds. All 6 of these are fairly different in terms of formula, application and finish. Some are more better for day to day use and others are for all day wear. Let's get into it then!

From left to right:

1. Urban Decay Comfort Matte, 1993.

2. Maybelline Color Sensational, 275 Crazy Coffee.

3. Maybelline Gigi Hadid Collection, McCall.

4. Cathy Doll Nude Me Liquid Lipstick Matte, Rose Embroidery.

5. NYX Liquid Suede, Sandstorm.

6. Too Faced Melted Matte, Suck It.

1. This has to be hands down my favourite lipstick colour! I use this all the time and it's great for day to day use. Formula for me is slightly drying but applying a lip balm beforehand solves that right away. It doesn't stay too long on the lips, definitely transferable. One thing I was disappointed with was the amount of product it has....Not worth the money in my opinion but I would still repurchase for the shade.

2. This one is great for everyday as well. It's more of a red toned brown shade. It applies great in a satin finish. Also, it does transfer (duh!) so beware of that when you go out to buy it. Overall it's a great lipstick at an affordable price at the drugstore. Go get it okay bye.

3. Okay...I got this as a gift and it's definitely not my shade hahaha. It's really light so I normally use it with the UD lipstick to create a sort of ombre effect on the lips. The formula is nice and creamy but not worth the price. If you haven't heard, Maybelline amped up the price just for Gigi Hadid's collection. So, basically it's the same formulas from their previous lipsticks but like more expensive... *rolls my eyes*

4. The Cathy Doll liquid lip though...... Guys, this formula is soooo good. it's so easy to apply, no patchiness, dries down fully matte but it's still so comfortable to wear and it doesn't budge! (well unless you're eating a whole lot of oily food) I really want to look into this brand and get more shades because for about RM30+, it's amazing!

5. NYX Suede liquid lipsticks are OKAY. It's in my favourites list because it's one of the first few I bought for myself and I like the colour when it dries down. It's in a creme finish so it's going to come off your lips whether you want it to or not. I don't know if I got a bad one but mine is a lil bit gritty for some reason. But apart from that, it applies pretty smooth and is great if you're a student on a budget.

6. Lastlyyyyyy...omg I LOVE the Too Faced Melted Matte lipsticks. The formula is amazing! No patchiness, no streaks, just smooth application. Very comfortable to wear and it claims to be 'kiss proof'. I can't deny/accept that claim yet but it does last pretty long on the lips. This shade 'Suck It' is really beautiful and could possibly suit alot of skin tones. In love with this stuff!
