Does Fit Me Fit You?

Hello again! Today I'm going to be talking about the Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless Foundation and Pressed Powder. I got these two products last year and have been testing them out over the span of around 6 months and I have to say I'm pleasantly pleased with it.Okay a little get to know me better time ==> I have combination skin and am yellow toned, so I enjoy most types of foundation formulas except ones that are too matte or overly dewy. Basically somewhere around the middle. I'm just gonna add a lil pic down below so you can have a look at the shades I'm in :) ( and yes, if you were wondering that is my dog...)

The foundation retails for RM49.90 and the powder costs RM45.90. According to the website this foundation is meant for oily skin types however it works just as well for me. The formula is not drying whatsoever and the coverage is around medium-high. You can build it up to your liking. To be honest this shade is a little pinky for me but nothing a little bronzer can't fix. Here in Malaysia the shade range is pretty limited but if you're in the US I'm sure you can find the right shade to suit you.The Fit Me line does have other foundations for other skin types and preferred finishes. But this is the only one currently being sold here in Malaysia :(.

The powder is pretty good as well as far as drugstore goes. I'm still in love with my Revlon Colorstay one (check it out, it's AMAZING!) but this comes pretty close to that. It's really smooth and not cakey at all. You can build it up as well to the coverage you like without leaving your face looking like you jut added loads of makeup on. The finish of it is very beautiful and for the price you're paying compared to purchasing luxury powders, this is damn good.
